They will analyze the organizational goals and identify the key positions and conclude with collaboration of functional goals, vertical collaboration, and identify the key stakeholders and what their roles are. In 1998, she was able to do that with her first store in La Jolla, California. From there she went on to open up two more stores; one is in Encinitas, California and one in Del Mar. When it comes to analyzing her mission, Team A would agree that she is on the right track with keeping with her mission, which is to “provide customers with the finest selection of the very best foods and wines” (Kudler, Kathy, 2012). Business Plan Topic

...Week 3 Assignment 1: Business Plan Topic This assignment will discuss the business plan topic for a startup company. The company will be a women’s only clinic. While there are many different women’s clinics, this one in particular will be slightly different. The main goal for this women’s clinic is to be able to see patients who are in need of basic medical attention or checkups and charge them very little to possibly nothing. One of the most common complaints I hear from friends or family members are that they have not had a Pap smear or a physical in years. The main reason for this is they are unable to afford to pay for the services or they do not have insurance. This clinic will offer the basic services to women at a very low charge or none at all. The services that will be free of charge are mammograms, pregnancy tests, cancer screenings, and STD testing. In the event that any of these tests are positive, they would then be referred to a specialist for the specific reason. For example, should a woman test positive for pregnancy, the clinic would help her find an obstetrician and help her apply for Medicaid. Under Texas requirements, if you are a pregnant teen or woman, you could apply and receive Medicaid as long as the other requirements are met. The same would apply to those who test positive for any other screenings. Other services to be included at the clinic are annual exams and contraceptive options. There are several reasons why this clinic......

...Kyle Esber Jordan Betenson Kristin Romanowski Secondary data research Our group believes that putting Redbox kiosks on Kent States campus would have incredible success. The data we are starting to put together involves Secondary data that we have begun to conduct. Secondary Data can be defined as “information that has previously been gathered by someone other than the researcher and/or for some other purpose than the research project at hand”. Our group has already conducted studies and began our own primary data, but having said that, Secondary data is key in proving that Redbox kiosks will be very popular to Kent’s student body. Internal secondary data by Redbox shows that they prefer to only put these kiosks on campuses with at least 15,000 students, says Liana Solis, who has personally attempted the movement of Kiosks on the campus. Obviously Kent State would be perfect for this with an estimated body of 28,000, which nearly doubles the prerequisite of students. Gathering Secondary data for the Redbox kiosks would have several advantages. After we send out our personally made survey, we will continue to use the resources already created and base what we do off that. One advantage of secondary data gathering is how inexpensive and readily available it is. Another advantage is how quick it can be found. The information has already been done, so it’s already there when you look for it. We have found that Redbox would be very popular through online sources (primary...

...How to Create an Effective Marketing Plan 1. Develop a very clear and focused insight into why a potential customer would use your business. More specifically, figure out the core need that your product or service will meet. Is it to help your customers get through the day more easily? Do their job more efficiently? Be respected and admired by friends? Your offering should be designed to solve client problems or meet customer needs better than the competition can. 2. Identify your target customers. There are numerous potential customers in most markets, but to succeed faster and better, a small business must study the market and determine the characteristics of its best target customers. The target customer should be described in detail. Create an avatar, or fictional person, who has all of your target-customer attributes, and examine what that person would say, do, feel and think in the course of a day. 3. Identify competitors that would also want your target customers. No matter how original your product or service may be, there is always competition for your target customer's dollar. Small businesses seldom take the time to study their competitors in depth, or determine competition that may be outside their industry but just as capable of luring the customer away. Preparing to know who that is, what their core competitive advantage is and how they will respond to your offering (price cuts, increased communication, etc.) will help you figure out strategies to......
