Although a business associate is not obligated by law to notify an individual of a breach, it's possible for a covered entity to require such a notification in its contract with the business associate. The use and disclosure of PHI is regulated by HIPAA. PHI may be freely used for some healthcare related matters, but other uses require authorization. The minimum necessary use rule specifies that covered entities must protect PHI by using or disclosing only the minimum amount of PHI necessary to accomplish the intended purpose of the use or disclosure. The HITECH Act establishes requirements for notifying individuals when the confidentiality of their PHI has been breached. I hope that the policies have been simplified up to this point and the rules, governing bodies have been clarified so let us look at the future of Electronic Health Records and what it means to privacy. Congress passed the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The HITECH Act authorized the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide financial incentives to eligible hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), and eligible professionals to adopt and meaningfully use certified electronic health record (EHR) technology to improve patient care. Solution: Multi Regression Model is one way to assist real estate agents use data to provide an estimate. Introduction The objective of this project is to provide the detailed data analysis and resolution to the problem statement mentioned above. As a group of students of statistics in the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University, we have determined collectively and followed statistical calculations to find a solution to the problem statement. We have determined that the regression model analysis produces the best possible solution for formulating an equation to predict the best asking price for a house using real estate data. We used the regression model approach to figure out if it best fits the real estate data gathered (see Fig Data 1 in the Appendix). As part of the team’s objective, as a result of this project, we look forward to assisting real estate agents predict or estimate house prices in a short period of time. The statistical calculations follow in the next pages to provide documentation and demonstrate accuracy, consistency and reliability of the Multiple Regression Model which is derived. ...Final Project ETH/125 March 30, 2014 Final Project Learning what diversity means is the first step to learning how it has helped the United States to be better. Diversity is defined as the state of having different races, ethnics, cultures working together in a group or organization. ("Diversity," 2014) Different cultures and races working together make the United States stronger and better as one. Understanding that everyone is the same, even if they each have different colored skin or believe in different things, each person may have their own beliefs but just like you or me they are a person with feelings. I personally have learned new thing out about my own family history. After a few weeks in the class I decided to join ancestry.com to see if I could learn more out about my family. I most certainly did learn new things out. At the family reunion we like to have everyone to bring a dish and a dessert to the function. We like to do this that not one person or family is responsible and to also exchange all the different ways that each family cooks foods. I believe that the United States population we greatly increase in the year 2050. I believe this because of the population increase that we have already experienced in the last 50 years. According to the United States Census Bureau in the 1960 census population was estimated at 179,323,175. In the 2010 census population was estimated at 308,745,538. I will compare the means of Sky West and Virgin America Airline flight time between San Francisco and Dallas Fort Worth and compare them. I expect the test to reveal the airline with the fastest flight times between the two cities. Population The population that I intend to study is Sky West and Virgin Airlines. I will compare the two airlines and determine whether it’s faster to fly from San Francisco to Dallas Fort Worth using the air time in this T-test. Variables The two sample T test will use the air times variable for either Sky west Airlines or Virgin Airline to fly from San Francisco, California (SFO) airport to Dallas Fort Worth, Texas (DFW) airport. Data Collection Data for this T test was collected from a file generated on the Research and Innovative Technology Administration Bureau of Transportation Statistics website, between two airlines, Sky West Airline and Virgin America Airlines flight between (SFO) San Francisco, CA International Airport and (DFW), Dallas Forth Worth Texas International Airport, and the difference between them to include the total air times which I used randomly for this test. ...Over the last nine weeks there are many different things that we learned about the creation and design of a website for a company. We learned how a target audience can effect the site traffic to how the different colors and fonts can make a big difference on how a person views the site. The site that have chosen to examine and evaluate was that of Apple.com. There are many different things about the site that I really liked and there was very little that I did not like after thoroughly going over the site. First of all I need to say that I tend to be on the bias side as I am an avid Apple user and have been for quite sometime. When I first visit the site I find that the colors and animations are top rate as one would come to expect from a company like Apple. The stylistic use of fonts and color is vibrant and eye catching so much where that it draws you into the site and want to see more. It is very interactive and has been very thought out on where things need to be places such as links and interactive pop ups as you browse the site. One good thing about the site is that if you are an apple owner such as a Macbook or iMac the site is more interactive with the computer itself. Finding information about new systems or even ones that you have already is very easy and is just a click away. The uniformity of the fonts and styles is very good and keeps its very easy on your eyes and does not make you strain to look at things or confuse you with too much going on. As......

...Date: [2/23/2012] To: Lead Economist Laura From: [Tony Randall] Subject: Final Project Paper After completing this course in Microeconomics, I have learned quite a few things about this subject. It is my hope that what I have learned can be relayed to others and be beneficial to whoever decides to take this subject. I have learned how our economy works on a small scale and a large scale. There are many different kinds of economies in our world and each have an important role for running their respective countries. The first is the Centrally planned economy in which the government of that respective country decides how economic resources will be allocated. The second economy is a market economy in which the decisions of households and firms interacting in markets allocate economic resource. The third and final in the mixed economy in which most economic decisions come from buyers and sellers in markets but where the government plays a major role in allocating resources. our economy is slightly a mixed one .(Hubbard,R& O Brian,A, 2009) Supply and demand is one of the most basic Ideas of economics and it is the core of the market economy. Demand simply means how of a product or service is wanted by a consumer. The quantity demanded is the amount that people are willing to buy at a given cost. Supply represents how much the market can offer. The quantity supplied refers to the amount of a certain good producers are willing to supply when receiving a......
